The Laboratory is able to guarantee original spare parts and provide immediate technical solutions, thanks to the warehouse always kept stocked up and updated.
Consulting
The competent technicians and management of FUTURA BILANCE also assist the customer with a free consulting service:
- We will provide a written estimated quote for the repair
- We will promptly inform you in case the instrument cannot be repaired due to it being obsolete or possibly not worth the repairing costs
- If the instrument being repaired is approved for commercial transactions, thanks to our Metrology Lab (FUTURA LAB), we will be able to offer you the ideal solution to maintain the compliance of your instrument.
Assistance and maintenance contracts
Scheduled maintenance contract with issuance of full report of all tests carried out in compliance with precise regulations and within ISO 9001 certified companies:
- Class II scales (max. capacity 30 kg)
- Class III scales (max. capacity 59 kg)
- Class III scales (from 60 kg to 300 kg max. capacity)
- Class III scales (301 kg to 1500 kg max.)
- Class III scales (1501 kg to 3000 kg max.)
Contract Renewal
Futura Srl follows a thoroughly controlled and monitored scheduling procedure, where the user will be notified of the impending expiration one month in advance, and if the parties agree, the Scheduled Maintenance commitment will be renewed.
Installation
All Futura S.r.l. products, if requested, can include a full installation service, by our technical staff directly, or by a network of qualified retailers throughout Italy.
We emphasise on the importance of such a service as we truly believe the supply of a product is fully complete when:
- 1. the product complies with our quality standards (factory inspection);
- 2. the product has the metrological and technical characteristics required by the Customer;
- 3. the Customer is adequately trained to know and manage the functions of the purchased instrument;
- Non-automatic weighing instruments of precision classes II III IV with capacity up to 6000 kg.
- Automatic weighing instruments of the classes provided by the current regulations.

Therefore, the match between the customer's request and the technical availability and knowledge of the supplier takes place during the phase preceding the formulation of an offer.
The Commercial Service of Futura S.r.l. offers to all customers who require it, full support from the very phase of definition of the characteristics of the product. A member of the team with proven experience in the field is available to help customers define the objectives of the future supply.
We collaborate with a team of programmers who are able to program softwares on the specific requests of each customer. The consulting service is obviously also available for all customers who, having purchased a product from Futura Srl, wish to modify its operation, expand its functions, interface output data, integrate new products.
